Operations Leader / Assistant to Operations Director

REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in Setswana and English
Enthusiastic Team Player
Education: Guide Licence or any Basic Tourism training
Experience: 3 years Experience in Tourism environment- Supervisor level
Certifications/Licenses: Drivers Licence
Passionate about Botswana and sharing Botswana’s history and culture
Must have experience professionally Managing Trip Logistics
Must have experience in Assisting in Coordinating all Logistics in preparation of a trip and while in the bush
Must demonstrate ability and backgorund in Creating and Managing processes - ensuring Quality Control.
Project management background (certifications are a plus) - for example, Create and maintain checklists, Process Sheets, Monitoring and Evaluation, etc
Detail Oriented
Record Keeping- Keep Records of all equipment, state, maintenance plan for all and facilitate processes to ensure equipment is always ready and in stellar condition
